Game modes

Master them all to become the most feared Spartan Warrior

1) Province Manager System :

Between matches, players can use the various facilities here to manage their Spartan/Persian Champions. Champions must rest after every few matches, forcing players to switch up their strategy, wait, or spend tokens to heal.

Areas within province builder :

Tavern Building: Champions use this to rest and recharge

Proving Grounds Arena: Mint new Champions and Improve Champion stats to level them up

Master’s Academy Building: Gain Champions with unique perks and abilities

2) Conquest mode (PVE)

The premise of this continuous game mode is to successfully navigate an open map in which you are exploring via control of your champion. Players will spawn onto a pre-generated map which will feature different enemies of varying levels and difficulties. Players will traverse the lands, battling an array of enemies and in doing so, upgrading their province and army.

For new players, this will be a good way to familiarise themselves with the House of Sparta game mechanics against some relatively easier AI opponents before venturing into online PVP play.

In conquest mode players may encounter secret ruins, treasure troves, creature eggs and rare Gods, all of which can be collected and utilised.

3) Battle mode (PVP)

This mode will invoke a matchmaking system to allow players to battle opposition at a similar level to them. PVP will require a HOS NFT to access. The scenario for which this may occur will vary, scenario examples include:

  • Siege (primary game mode, destroy opponent’s province)

  • Defend (defend a certain point for a predefined amount of time)

  • Capture (defeat the enemy champion a certain number of times)

The match making system will take into account the player's preference and rank to find a suitable opponent amongst the pool of available players.
